SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
At The Type C Method™, we treat the preparation and fulfillment of your wellness tools with the utmost care, intention, and respect for your space. Because our ecosystem features a blend of digital assets, standard physical tools, and cured pre-order items, your order may arrive in separate stages.
Please review our structured fulfillment timelines below:
1. Digital Products & Workbooks
All digital workbooks and digital assets are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see your secure download links within 5 minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folders before reaching out.
2. Standard Physical Tools (The Refined Chaos Collection)
Our core physical tools—including our raw raw gemstones—are intentionally packaged and processed within 2–4 business days. If your order contains multiple standard physical items, they will always ship together in a single, beautiful parcel to streamline your delivery. Standard domestic shipping via USPS typically takes 3–7 business days.
3. Exclusive Pre-Order Items (The Candle)
Because our flagship candles are small-batch, hand-poured, and require a mandatory molecular curing phase to achieve their rich scent profile, they may operate on a separate fulfillment timeline.
• Separate Shipping Logistics: If your transaction contains a mix of standard tools (or digital workbooks) AND a candle, your standard items will ship together immediately. Your candle may ship separately in its own dedicated package the exact moment it matures and exits the curing window.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an automated email containing a dedicated USPS tracking link the moment any package leaves our facility. If your order is split (Standard Items + Candle), you will receive two distinct tracking emails so you can follow each journey seamlessly.
